How social media is used, its impact on the practice and clients, the advantages/disadvantages, how the results are measured, current gaps, etc. We have also researched the increased use of apps in practice and how they are used. The potential for manufacturers to increase their profile among their clients in regards to social media and the creation of apps. The session will provide concrete statistics to enable CPD providers, manufacturers and industry bodies to compare current practices across Europe and evaluate unmet needs.
