Important Information
EXHIBITOR PASSES
Please be sure to bring your exhibitor passes with you—either printed out or on your cell phone! Remember to personalize your passes in advance via the online ordering system and download them. Personalized passes include free use of public transportation within the Leipzig metropolitan area (Zone 110).
OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE
Contribute your expertise to the conference! For corporate symposia and exhibitor workshops, you can rent a room in the conference area during the conference. Your event will be included in the online conference program and, if registered in a timely manner, will also be published in the printed program booklet.
ON-SITE TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
The traffic guide contains important information regarding access and traffic regulations on the exhibition grounds. Please follow these instructions during setup and teardown, as well as during the event. Please have your allocation letter ready when entering the grounds. No setup tickets are required. Please forward this information to your booth builder if necessary.
LEAD TRACKING
Download the Scan2Lead license you received in November to your mobile device and capture trade show contacts digitally, easily, and in real time right on-site (follow the instructions). By scanning the barcodes on visitor tickets, Scan2Lead provides you with all visitor information for further processing and integration into your company’s systems.
NO SMOKING / FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES DURING BOOTH SETUP
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition halls. Please be sure to inform your employees and service providers of this as well. During booth setup, food and beverage services will be available at the snack bar located between Hall 2 and the Congress Center Leipzig (CCL).
