SET-UP AND DISMANTLING TIMES / TRADE FAIR OPENING HOURS
Stand set-up
January 13 and 14, 2026, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Attention: All vehicles must leave the hall by 12 noon on January 14!
Stand dismantling
January 17, 2026, 4:30 p.m. continuously until January 18, 2026, 12:00 noon.
Vehicles may enter the grounds via the North 1 entrance on January 17 from 5:30 p.m. at the earliest.
Early dismantling is not permitted. Leipziger Messe reserves the right to impose a contractual penalty.
Opening hours for exhibitors and stand personnel
7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (access only with valid exhibitor pass)
Opening hours for visitors
January 15, 2026, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
January 16, 2026, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
January 17, 2026, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
EXHIBITOR PASSES
Please be sure to bring your exhibitor passes with you, either printed out or on your mobile phone! Remember to personalize and download your passes in advance using the online ordering system. Personalized passes include free use of public transportation in the Leipzig city area (Zone 110).
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS ON SITE
In the traffic guide (PDF, 411 kB) you will find important information on access and traffic regulations at the exhibition grounds. Please observe these instructions during setup and dismantling and have your allocation letter ready when entering the grounds. No setup tickets are required. Please forward this information to your stand builder if necessary.

LEAD TRACKING
Download the Scan2Lead license you received in November to your mobile device and capture trade fair contacts on site digitally, easily and in real time (follow the instructions) . By scanning the barcodes on visitor tickets, Scan2Lead provides you with all visitor information for further processing and integration into your company's own systems.
SMOKING BAN / CATERING DURING SETUP
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition halls. Please also inform your employees and service providers of this. During stand setup, catering will be available at the snack bar between Hall 2 and the Congress Center Leipzig (CCL).
