Essentials of Veterinary Chiropractic Course for Equine and Companion Animals

New in 2025: species specific courses available The Essentials of veterinary Chiropractic course is designed for licensed veterinarians and chiropractors (D.C.) as well as students of both disciplines who wish to learn chiropractic techniques for the treatment of small animals and horses and is offered in a hybrid format. Course theory is available via the IAVC Learning Platform and focus of the curriculum is on Anatomy, Biomechanics, Neurology, Chiropractic Examination, Adjusting Techniques, Science of Chiropractic, Pathology, Patient/Case-Management, Ethics and Legalities, Current Research Course participants can begin immediately learning important veterinary chiropractic theory using the IAVC online learning platform. This allows students to learn from home at their own pace and convenience, the knowledge and background information which will optimize the learning experience during the in-person practical sessions. The practical lessons include chiropractic techniques, topography, dissection, examination and animal chiropractic treatment and are spit into anatomical regions: Sacrum and Pelvis, Thoracic Spine, Cervical Spine and Limbs. Experienced international faculty of veterinarians and chiropractors, offered for over 20 years.
